Greystar Property Management is very rapacious and very crooked.
It should be called "DARK STAR." The captain of that pirate ship,
what I call "Dark Star," is Bob Faith.
His "faith" is in greed. He runs The Un-Holy Empire.
In 2015, I rented an apartment at Sun Lake Apartments in Lake Mary,
Florida, managed
by Greystar. Greystar used fraud and deceit
to induce me to rent at Sun Lake. They told me the apartment was
in great condition, but after I moved in and turned on the electricity,
I discovered some serious problems. They refused to fix most
of the problems,
and none of the most serious ones.
They used fraud and deceit to get me to stay at Sun Lake, and they threatened to sue me if I moved out, although I had the legal right to do so. They supplied
FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS to a collection agency, and an attorney,
to try and collect money from me that I did not owe.
THEY FORGED MY E-SIGNATURE TO THE FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS
They endangered my health, and
STOLE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Using the mails or an electronic device to send fraudulent
documents, in order to collect money that's not owed, is
MAIL FRAUD and/or WIRE FRAUD. CRIMES.
Greystar also prevented me from renting an apartment anywhere else.
The onsite manager of Sun Lake was Angela Whitt who created
the fraudulent documents.

Allison Murrell is the head of Greystar in Orlando. Murrell
and Pollack are liars, deceivers, and criminals. Greystar manages
many apartments in the Orlando area, and across the country.
It is the largest property
management firm in the world, managing $26 billion in assets.
Check to see if Greystar manages an apartment complex
before you rent.
After I moved into Sun Lake, I discovered that the retired man
below me smoked
constantly, filling my apartment with smoke.
Greystar hid that fact from me before I moved in.
When I complained to Greystar about it, they lied and said that
smoking was allowed everywhere at Sun Lake.
Several years later, I found out that smoking was banned in
apartments at Sun Lake, but an exception had been made for
the man living below me.
I do not smoke and I wouldn't have rented the apartment, had I known that the man below me smoked. My father, mother, sister and younger brother all died from smoking.
The a/c did not cool the apartment, even when it ran all day.
It was also very noisy,
operating at over 70 decibels, yet Sun Lake/Greystar refused to fix it.
The washing machine
had water standing in it, and there was a thick layer of dust
on the top of the cabinets and the fans.
The dryer vent was not hooked up, and there was a large
amount of lint behind the dryer.
I had to do most of the cleaning myself.
Some lights didn't work, and a burner went out on the stove.
When it got hot in the summer, an alarm would go off in a car
in the parking lot and sound loudly for hours.
Whenever I complained about it, the management said that
they couldn't do anything about it.
There were numerous other problems with my
over-priced, dumpy apartment.
Whenever I threatened to move out, I was told that I would be
sued if I did. After four months of this, I told Greystar/Sun Lake that
I was not going to pay anymore rent until the problems were fixed.
That was my legal right, but they ignored my requests.
I moved out and demanded my security deposit back. According to
Florida law, they were supposed to give me
notice, via certified mail of
their intention to keep the deposit, or return it. They didn't.
Instead, Sun Lake-Greystar hired an attorney to harass me.
After I told him what Sun Lake-Greystar was up to,
he quickly dropped the matter.
Currently, they are represented by a lying,
crooked attorney
by the name of Barry B. Johnson of Altamonte Springs, Fl.,
who does not have any moral qualms about representing
liars and crooks like Greystar/Sun Lake (there is more than one Barry
Johnson attorney in the U.S).
HE LIED TO A JUDGE TWICE IN A COURT PROCEEDING ON
October 23rd, 2019.
SUBORNING PERJURY
Attorney Johnson suborned PERJURY 21 times, by filing with the court,
two perjurious
documents, signed under the penalty of perjury by
two Greystar employees, Allison Murrell and Shawna Pollack.
I made these accusations in court documents,
over two years ago, and waived any immunity from any
lawsuit Johnson, Greystar, Murrell, or Pollack
might want to file but they never sued me for libel,
because I've told the truth.
Attached to my Amended Complaint, filed on
March 1st, 2022, are twelve documents,

I owed Greytsar/Sun Lake nothing when I moved out.
Greystar did not legally inform me of their intention to keep
my security deposit, and did not return my security deposit,
Therefore, they had no right to attempt to collect anything from me.
That didn't stop them. Sun Lake-Greystar hired a collection agency
to harass me and try to squeeze money from me, for a debt I
did not owe, and they had no legal right to.
My credit was excellent when I moved into Sun Lake, but it is
ruined now.
They are ruthless!
More than two years after I moved out, I discovered the
"Non Smoking Addendum," drawn up by Sun Lake-Greystar.
It proves that smoking was banned inside the apartments
at Sun Lake, but an exception had been made for the man living
below me. I was never provided the No Smoking Addendum
by Greystar.
Please note:
There is more than one Barry B. Johnson, attorney.
I am referring to the crooked one with offices at
247 Maitland Ave. Altamonte Springs, Fla.
He has no qualms about lying in court.
If you have a problem with Greystar, or any landlord, here are some
suggestions. Write out your problem carefully.
Study your lease (contract) and the Landlord-Tenant Law
in your state.
Law school libraries have copies of the state statutes.
See if any of your neighbors have had any problems.
Document everything, including photos, videos and notes,
with dates, when the problem occurs.
If you can afford one, consult an attorney. Someone contacted
an attorney after seeing my site. The attorney told her what
to do, over the phone, and didn't charge her.
It saved her over $4,500 in rent she didn't owe but Greystar wanted.
If you need an attorney your local bar association can refer you to
attorneys that do pro bono (free) work.
Or, you can contact a law school. Sometimes law students
do pro bono work.
Write a US Postal Service certified letter, with a return
receipt, to the management describing the problem and what
you want done.
If need be, and if you feel confident, you can go to small
claims court, acting as your own attorney. That is the last
resort and has risks.
It is always better to have an attorney, if you can get one.
Sun Lake/Greystar has never sued me for defamation for
this website,
although it's been up for over two years.
Everything herein is true. They're afraid to go to court and have their
CRIMINAL CONDUCT exposed in court and decided by a jury.
They haven't sued me yet!
THEY ARE AFRAID OF THE TRUTH COMING OUT IN COURT.
They hide like roaches, scurrying around, when the lights come on.
A very large number of renters have had problems with
Greystar. Go online and search "Greystar Crooks," or
"Greystar Steal Deposit,"
or "Greystar Liars," and you will see numerous complaints
about Greystar. Also, check the "Pissed Consumer" website.
Go to "Better Business Profiles Greystar Property Management"
DarkStar (Greystar) it had D- rating with the BBB.
Now they aren't rated because it is so lowly ranked.
The BBB only publishes half of the complaints they
have against Greystar because there are so many.
One website, greystarnightmare.com also alleges that
Greystar concealed the fact that smoking was allowed
at one oftheir apartment complexes, contrary to their stated
no smoking policy.
I'm not a Communist, nor am I a socialist.
I am for responsible Capitalism.
Greystar isn't. They are greedy crooks.
